she is very nice and polite. staff is very polite. sometimes i couldnt make the appointment, because my job is on call, and they still work with me without being angry. other dentists ive been to would want to charge me for not canceling 24hours ahead. facility is clean, all in all i give them 2 thumbs up.

Charlene and her partner, Dr. Quach are both extremely gentile. The work is virtually painless. I have always been terrified of the dentist to the point of it being a phobia. Dr. Chen is the first dentist that I have been comfortable around. It looks like her and her partner are very good with kids.
The quality of her work is superb and they use the latest equipment and techniques. On one occasion, I had a crown that she sent back twice to the lab because it almost but didnt quite fit. She could have used it by grinding my tooth somewhat, but instead let the lab make the adjustment.
The only drawback is that her services seem to me to be somewhat expensive. She has a tendency to push for most advanced treatment which is usually is the most expensive option.

Dr. Chen is great. I recommend her to all of my friends! She is gentle and works with you to get all work done in the most cost effective way!
