Dr. Stein is an excellent dentist with solid expertise in many
areas of dental health. I have been treated both with & without
insurance & receive the same level of excellent care & personal
attention in each case.
The Dr. has incorporated a dental health plan that has effectively
addressed current issue & been effective at providing positive
outcomes while restoring my dental health.
Dr. Stein is always calm and pleasant while taking the time to
fully & clearly explain his findings, ones progress, and the plan
going forward. He instills confidence.
Never rushed, the Dr. is committed to the comfort of his patients
and always allows adequate time for medicines to take effect.
I believe Dr. Stein to be a consummate professional & would
recommend his services to all - young & old alike.
About Front Desk: The FD staff is professional & helpful - always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
About Hygienist: Rosa is an excellent hygienist - always kind & pleasant, always there to greet you with a smile. She is thorough and very skilled. She always is very careful to keep the comfort of her patients first & foremost. It is a pleasure to have Rosa as a hygienist and you will be well attended indeed!

I showed up today for an appointment made three weeks ago and was told I had to come up with $400. The reason given was that pre-approval had not been obtained from Blue Cross. When I was called to confirm the appointment this was not mentioned. My last cleaning was paid by insurance so they had reasonable expectations of being paid. I did not appreciate being shaken down for money. This was out of bounds! Poor customer service ... they apologized but still insisted on $200 or no service. What ASSHOLES!!!!!
