I found Dr. Brian Dong through a dental referral service. I called his office and was greeted cordially and professionally by a gentleman who promptly arranged for me to see Dr. Dong at a time and date that was convenient for me. After meeting Dr. Dong, speaking to him for a few minutes, and checking out the tranquil, neat, and clean atmosphere of his dental office, I thought that if he proved to be a skillful, caring, and gentle dentist, he just might become my dentist for life. Needless to say, I found Dr. Dong to be all that and more. My teeth were cleaned to perfection. The dental cleaning was completely painless. I was not poked, nor taken by surprise by anything he did. Throughout my dental cleaning, Dr. Dong carried on charming and interesting conversation. He educated me about dental care in a manner that was lighthearted, yet thorough enough to serve as a good incentive for me to do what I can to improve my overall dental health. My dental experience was relaxed, stress-free, and painless. Dr. Dong is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend anyone in need of exceptional dental care, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, to go see Dr. Dong. I'm sure you too will make him your dentist for life.

Dr Dong has excellent chairside manners. I was afraid of the dentist for years. With Dr. Dong I forget my fears. He is always careful to watch my face for any sign of discomfort and takes care to warn me of any bad taste or discomfort. He always treats me like I am an old friend who's come to visit. Insurance is billed promptly, prices seem reasonable. For urgent issues (even if they only seem urgent to me) he has always been able to see me right away. The only down side is that he is only in town two days a week. He is kind of an old fashioned dentist. No dental assitant or hygienist (he cleans my teeth himself) and I always leave with samples. Okay, maybe that's not important to you but I am too old for balloons and I think I deserve a "prize" for going to the dentist.
