Nice guy. Very personable. However, seems to be interested in doing recommended work that isn't totally necessary. Had asense he was more interested in making money than providing care.
About Front Desk: Not the friendliest person. Spent 10 minutes on call as I was trying to check out. Made me wait, rather than put call on hold. Had a bit of an attitude.

About Hygienist: Abrupt. Rude. Rough. Not personable, and the entire time tried to sell "recommended" services.

Very personable dentist with a terrific staff. Have utilized their services for many years and they have done a wonderful job with our children too.

I have't had my visit yet but, Dr. Walters was highly recommended by a friend who is his patient. I'm looking forward to my visit 6/15/06. So far his staff have been very curteous and friendly. My friend's descriptions of Dr. Walters modern equipment and techniques have prompted me to give him a try. I'll have more after my visit.
