Our family of four has been going to Dr. Costella for years. Great practice, excellent care, latest digital imaging - can't say enough good things about Dr. Costella and his associates. I've had a crown and my wife had two. We get our regular cleanings, and if a needed procedure is not within his specialty, Dr. Costella sends us to someone who does take care of it. One of those referrals did not work out for us. But it was not entirely negative. Even the desk folks are nice. The friendly atmosphere goes a long way toward reducing any negative feelings folks may have about going to a dentist.

About Front Desk: Terrific. Need to get in in a hurry? They'll try to make it happen. They have for us. And they call with reminders, if you ask for them. Never an issue with the front desk.

About Hygienist: Hygienists have come and gone over the years, and we've had our favorites. There was one who was a bit rough, a male, but I haven't seen him in quite a while and he may no longer be with the practice. In any case, I've always asked for a specific one, and Dr. Costalla has made it happen. If I'm concerned, I'll ask Dr. Costella to clean my teeth, and he will. My wife always asks Dr. Costella to clean her teeth.

Costella damaged one of my teeth while trying to cajole me into expensive surgery. Because I was forced to chew on one side of my mouth another tooth cracked & now has to be replaced. Stay away.

not happy with treatment at all! he recommended i have a root canal redone- the dr he sent me to was horrible, ended up with infection, etc. dr costella did crown & now i have bone loss under the crown. ugh!

About Hygienist: not as thorough as i'd like. also sometime get cleaning from dr costella - i prefer to have a good, thorough hygenist do it - just personal preference.

A trustworthy, dedicated and personal dentist. I've been very happy going to him for years. His office staff is also friendly and helpful.

Dr. Costella is a bright, personable, ethical guy. You get the impression that if he weren't a dentist for his vocation, he would still do it for a hobby. And if he weren't a GREAT dentist, I would still probably go to him for my checkups just because he and the rest of his staff are just such nice, upstanding people. Fortunately, he is a GREAT dentist. He cares about his work. He doesn't try to sell you services that you don't need. His staff has always been extremely accommodating and flexible in scheduling appointments.

Dr. Costella is conscientious, affable and really seems to care about his patients. I've been going to him for nearly ten years now and am very pleased with him and his staff. He's both focused and down-to-earth, and he doesn't try to push gimmicks like veneers or video cameras that magify your cavity so you can see it on a TV screen like some dentists I've been to do (how in the world does seeing a blown up version of my cavity on a TV improve the quality of dental care I'm getting?!!!) I really like Dr. Tony Costella's combination of being up-to-date on the latest dental treatments without buying into the needless marketing hype stuff. His front office staff is super sweet too.

Both Tony and Rose are excellent Dentists. I highly recommend them both! :)
