I went in to get some cavities taken care of and I also had some old cavaties. Dr. Benavente said he would like to replace my old cavaties and fill the new ones . I let him know that I would like to take care of the new cavaties first and I would think about getting the old ones taken care of later.He said that he understood and told me to make an appoitment on the way out. He said he would take care of the new cavaties during our next appoitment. So I went in a week later and sat in the chair under the impresion I would be getting my new fillings.Instead he drills out 3 of my old fillings and replaces them. My mouth was so numb I didnt realize what he had done until I moved my tounge up into a huge whole in my tooth. I said geez there must have been alot of decay and he replied ,"oh no, Im replacing your old fillings first, I felt like it needed to be taken care of". Gee thanks, that cost me an extra $300 dollars not to mention that i have had terrible pain in my tooth for the last 6 months and have been getting toothaches and bad head aches ever since.He was very insensative and unprofessional.He always seemed like he was in a rush and he didnt really care about anything but how much money he could make of me.
