Dr Richman is a great dentist and I have a big fear of them, he put me at ease showed me around and explained everything too me. I would highly recommend him and his practice his support staff and whole team are great people and real nice and professional. His office is easy to reach too. I drove down from Woodstock to visit him and so glad I did.
About Front Desk: Great staff everyone was, even fellow patients were friendly in the waiting room.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! He Does not follow even the most basic hygiene requirements of wearing gloves. He denied that he had not when I confronted him on this. His assistant did not either. I also thought he was rude and unprofessional. He did one more filling than he originally told me I had for an additional charge and did not even tell me he was doing so. He is unethical and unprofessional. How can you trust that his office maintains the required standards of cleanliness when he does not even wear gloves. I have to go to him to finish getting my crown, but I wish I did not.
About Hygienist: She was unprofessional and did not wear gloves for part of the procedure. Even when she cut through the glove with the drill, she did not change the glove or put on a glove. I had no way of knowing if she had also broken through the skin. It was appalling. DO NOT GO TO BRIANNA THOMPSON EITHER

Dr. Richman is very experienced, with a well established practice. He participates in the GE Wellness Plan. He has a very professional front desk staff, which i s very familiar with insurance procedures. His primary hygienist, Cindy, has been with him about 20 years. She is very competent and friendly. The office is modern and clean. Dr. Richman has trained and taught at Emory in Atlanta, which is a very highly regarded medical facility.
About Hygienist: Cindy does a professional and thorough job of cleaning, and gives excellent advice regarding flossing and brushing.

Dr. Richman has been my dentist for over 14 yrs. I truly enjoy my visits to his office. His office has always been very professional..He has only changed locations once in the 14 years and I gladly followed. Never had any insurance issues. Chair side manners are awesome. The office atmosphere is great--very Fung Shui.
About Hygienist: As for my visits with his Dental Hygienist Cindy she has been cleaning my teeth for the whole 14 years. She takes a personal intrest in you. She is truly the best in the business.

I went to Dr. Richman's for the first cleaning I have had in 18 years. The cleaning was relatively pain free, and the cost was reasonable. Having 18 years of worth of buildup painlessly tells you all you need to know about the quality of the staff.
At a later visit I needed a filling, and again, the procedure was fast and painless.
About Hygienist: Cindy is the one that cleaned my teeth, and as I say above did a fantastic job.

Dr. Richman did a great job on my crown. However, when he replaced my fillings, it resulted in extreme temperature sensitivity in one of my teeth.

The staff at Dr. Richman's are very pleasant and the atmosphere relaxing - not medical. I have only been to see Dr. Richman twice, and then only for cleanings, so I can't really rate "treatment success" very well -- my exposure to the guy has been very brief thus far. My overall recommendation is primarily based off my experiences in the office with the hygienists.

I was for dr Richman for some filling.
My impression is that his only goal is to make money,.
The filling was to high and i have make an appointement for reajusting.
Its incerdible,he ajusted so much,he polished my cusps from the molars,and the rezultats now that I don't have dental contact between me teeths.
My teeths for me are very important and he made me to be upset for 2 weeks.
Never,never I will go to this dentist and I don't recommand anybody.

I went in for an bi-annual cleaning and everything went very well. The hygentist was very nice and Dr. Richman was also friendly. He found an abscess above two of my front teeth, one of which had a root canal previously. He skimmed over other treatment methods, and decided to go strait for a root canal. He also thought my previous root canal "wasn't done well," and he wanted to do it over again. He also wanted to pull a wisdom tooth, which he said wasn't necessary, but he wanted to do it anyway. After making a second appointment for two root canals and a wisdom tooth removal, I proceded to cancel it a week later. I left with the feeling that he was more interested in making a little more money on me, then actually worrying about what was in my best interest. I was also mailed a quote on teeth whitening and contouring for another two thousand dollars, not covered by insurance, which led me to believe he was looking to squeeze every dollar from me. Needless to say I will not be visiting Dr. Richman again. The office, facilities, and staff were excellent, however I couldn't get over the feeling that I was just another dollar.
