Unfortunately, we were referred to Dr. Synenberg for a cavity in my childs tooth. Her recommendation was not to fill the cavity or complete any treatment. After less than two months the tooth deteriorated and my child was in severe pain and swelling. She then recommended a complete extraction and someone else do the extraction! We asked our primary dentist for another referral. (Additionally, our primary is no longer referring patients.) The Dentist was highly disappointed that Dr. Synenberg had not caped the tooth. Our friend had the same experience with her child at Dr. Synenberg but with 4 cavities same result. Essentially, the office just wants to clean teeth as an annuity. Also, important to note they will charge you for an appointment when you try to cancel. Interesting policy for a supposed "children friendly offfice." Office has interesting hours and no phone service so we attempted to call multiple times to cancel. We provided a 48 hour notice and were bullied when tried to cancel the appointment in response Dr. Wendy still billed for the cleanings! We have 3 children and love them dearly. This has been a horrifying experience. We will not recommend Dr. Wendy and felt strong enough to post this for other families.

Great staff. Their office caters to the young kids. A little pricey.

Dr. Wendy is one of the inferior dentists I have ever met. It was not until I switched dentists that I realized the damage that was done to my mouth. My new dentist was appalled with the state of my mouth. He said that when Dr. Wendy decided to re-seal my sealants that she never disinfected them so cavities formed underneath these new sealants. Dr. Wendy told me that they were just stains when in fact they were easily detectable cavities. He also found a cavity that she happened to miss six months before that needed major reconstruction. I was informed that this was impossible for a trained dentist to miss and probably should have been taken care of over a year before. The way that she runs her business epically the expense makes you feel like she knows what she is doing and my parents and I trusted her for years. Little did we know the damage that she was doing.

This office charges very high fees and focuses on preventative treatments. Only after my child saw a differnet dentist did we learn he had advanced decay in three teeth. Dr Wendy either ignored it or missed it - either way, a big problem. She doesn't perform restorative work as far as I can tell, preferring to refer it to other dentists. I would not recommend this office at all.

We drive from North Olmsted to visit Dr. Wendy in Mentor. Worth the drive everytime.

Such a great experience every time. MY kids love it and the cavities have been kept away!

My children were afraid prior to going to Dr. Wendy's. Now they want to go to visit her office all the time. They now have great brushing habits because of Dr. Wendy and her caring staff.

I phoned to make a new patient appointment and the receptionist was rude and pushy. I ended up telling him "I would look for another Denist and thank you anyway, good-bye" I then hung up the phone he called me back and yelled at me and hung up. Very non- professional and I do not think he would make my daughter comfortable at Dr. Wendy's office. I hope doctor Wendy hears about this and finds a new receptionist. It is a shame customer sevice is so lacking these days!

I was charged 300 $ because i called to reschedule an appointment for my kids. Rick the receptionist was very rude. I was given 10 days to pay or the bill will be sent to collection. I was not given the chance to talk to Dr Wendy. We never missed an appointment with her. Not recommended at all.

Dr Wendy nurses will treat patients and not the Dr. Appointments are made based on maximum visit allowed by insurance regardless of patient situation. Very money oriented service that made me loose trust in there medical decision. Non indicated Xray was scheduled but when i questioned the xray the staff said Oh sorry it was already done in previous visit!!
