I seriously needed a root canal because I had a filling fall out and I have medical. Medical(don't get me started)! I called other offices and they said that it would take too long to approve and to get an appointment even if it is a dental emergency. I mean it's February and they can only get me in only in April for the first step but I could take a quick X-ray to start. I decided if I had to wait I'd just call dentical and find a place close to home. I did and got a next day appointment. Took the X-ray, two days got my regular cleaning, 4 days later got my wisdom taken out, one week later i have the first appointment to drain the tooth. The doctor was awesome, he made you feel comfortable and he prescribed me Tylenol with codeine and I didn't like the drowsines(on certain days)because I had night school and night pain. So he prescribed me something else that he himself has took. Friendly atmosphere, nice nurses, not the best lookin place, and it's pretty small but you will get everything done there and they understand. I recommend this dentist and office to everyone.
About Front Desk: She was nice and she schedule me quick appointments, as quick a she could. She explained to me the endurance process as well on their end.

About Hygienist: She was a nice lady very considerate and they gave me little travel size sensodyne and pronamel. Nice clean feel very thorough, not quick and done. There were two people.

Great dentist and the work done was great however the wait was really long and the chair broke in the middle of my treatment so I had to get up and move to another room.

in the last ten years i have gone thru four other dentists and I have decided that this office is good enough for me. I have had two of his dentist work on my teeth and have had no bad experiences with them. I also have not had any unnecessary (that i know of) procedures.

The dr seemed like he was ou of it...i think he's been at it too long. His hands were shaking...i just felt not safe. The office manager was so rude and was yelling at the employees and was very unprofessional. she was laughing loud and joking with the personel in the front. The assistant i think her name was francis she was rude also. i asked her a question and she totally blew me off and was talking on her cell.The only one who actually had any professionalism was the dr that wasnt even seeing me. she came over and asked how i was doing and just made me feel comfortable i think her name was dr yin. the overall experience was awful and i will never go there again.....never

I had the most pleasant experience one could have at a dental appointment. I had an emergency and was treated almost immediately. Dr. Moore and his staff were personable and professional.

The dentist assistant's are amazing. Eddie is a great guy and helps you understand what is going on. The other assistant, (not sure of his name) he is very handsome and worked on my only once. He also helped me understand. Overall the people there are amazing and take there time working on our mouth:)

The waiting room is usually crowed - whole families and not necessarily is everyone seeing the dentist. You will probably see another dentist other than Dr. Moore.

This dental office was horrible. I had to get 3 fillings and paid $400 to have porcelin fillings. Dr. Moore is not the one who did my fillings. I don't even know the name of the dentist that did them. She gave me silver fillings instead and had to re-do all of the fillings. This is unacceptable. I had to have about 10 shots of novacain and could still feel sensitivity on one of the teeth. In the meantime, a client comes screaming through the back of the dental office about her son's teeth and how is in pain. They had to call the police in order to get her to leave. I would never recommend this dental office again!!!

This dentist does not seem to be concerned about comfort. The wait was not long but they seem to want you in and out. No one was friendly or helpful.
