Went to Jessica Pasono DDS with a cracked filling and left needing a root canal (which she then seated a new crown over) She would not return my calls when I was in horrible pain for weeks during and after the 2 appointments I had with her nor would she forward my records to a new provider. She DID however have her STAFF RELENTLESSLY HARASS US!!! They called us, emailed, texted, messaged and sent threatening letters for “overdue payment” (within days of when the crown was seated and after she’d already billed my insurance and received nearly my whole entire 2024 dental benefit of $1,000. They used their own devices after we blocked those from her office) because she wants another over $1,000 for that one restoration!? It has been a NIGHTMARE & I am TRAUMATIZED. She & her DDS-husband own & practice at MULTIPLE offices throughout the area (greater GB, NE WI & Fox River Valley under differently named facilities. BEWARE!!!!!
About Front Desk: Scheduler Amy is sweet But the Office Mgr is rude, unprofessional, obviously willing to do whatever it takes to squeeze payments out of patients. Pathetic really!!!!

About Hygienist: Cheryl is a consummate professional!!!! She’s as skilled as she is cordial and courteous. She is the ONLY reason we feel bad about leaving Fountain View Dental. She and the former owner/practitioner (Dr Brian Shaefer) are TOP NOTCH in their fields. So sad to have Dr Shaefer retire and turn over his practice to the new owners.
