I can't say enough about the efficiency of this office. I have never even waited 5 minutes. Staff are always charming, including Dr. Dao. He always takes time to explain things to you & is gentle & caring. Everyone in the office recognizes you & calls you by name. There is no hygenist! Dr. Dao himself cleans your teeth. I will go there until he gets old & retires HA HA.

Dr Dao is one of the best dentist I've been too. He and his staff are wonderful! My husband and I feel very at ease there. His staff works very hard at making appoints that fit our schedules. I would very much recommend him to anyone I know.

Cleanings are rushed and minimal. Two of his fillings just fell out of my mouth. One filling fell out of my husbands tooth within 6 months. We will be looking for another dentist.

I had a cavity filling that fell out a few weeks after he fixed it. When I went back for another one, I let him know and he claimed that it's normal for that to happen. I had to pay once more to have him fill it.
I felt like he didn't know what he was doing at all. He drilled my cavities in so deep that one of them broke in half later on. I asked him why he had to drill it in SO deep - he does it for all of them. Overdrills, then overfills, then drills it some more, and leaves each tooth way too concave so food gets stuck in it every day.
Find a better doctor, even if your insurance is crappy like mine. That's what I did.
