Dr. Aikawa and all of his staff are extremely professional and skillful at their job. The office is pleasant with music in each room and as stated in a previuos review, Dr. Aikawa is a perfectionist. He worked over a period of 3 years to correct several poorly installed dated fillings by my previous dentists so now my teeth are lead-free and healthier. Now that my kids are in their late teens, I have started taking them to Aikawa as well.
The dental assistant/receptionist, Toby, has gone above and beyond her job description to schedule appointments, referrals and handle insurance claims. The other day, she came in an hour early to give me an X-ray that I needed so that I could see a periodontist that very day to clear up a case of bleeding gums. Really nice people and very highly skilled.

Personality is kind and pleasant to his patients.
Chair-side manners are without a doubt excellent!
My experience with his front desk scheduler, I believe her name is Toby. Excellent, pleasant speaking voice very precise and accomodating with the highest intentions towards satisfaction. Other staff members within his shared office space are very humble and professional as well.

I have seen Dr. Aikawa for about 5 years. He attention to every detail is amazing, the staff are very professional and friendly and his modern office is very clean. No pain!

I have been going to Gary and his father before him for over 30 years. Gary and his staff are great and truly wonderful and personable people. I actually look forward to my visits. As far as cost is concerned, my insurance picks most of it up so I can't judge. However, I have seen rates for the same things from other dental offices and can say that he is not generally more costly than other dentists in the area. In any case, you get what you pay for.

I was refered to Gary by my girlfriend and I had crowns replaced, as well as cavities filled. Gary and staff were very conscientious and the work was fantastic. The only caveat is that it was exceedingly expensive. Even with 70% covered by my Teacher's Health Care coverage, I was surprised by the costs.
