Dentist Konrad operates based on money. He cannot perform any work without one's insurance being verified. He does not trust his patients' ability to pay even if they have been longtime patients. Office staff is disorganized. Office manager is not on top of things. Conflict of interest exists as the inefficient front desk personnel Andrea is related to the office manager Anna, who covers up for Andrea's poor work. Both ladies talk unprofessionally and feeds the dentist's (Konrad) mind with false information about the patients, making Dr. Konrad act based on what his office personnel relate to him. Poor judgement call on his part. At the end, the patients are not treated well, work is poorly completed, patients' records suffer and patients are misinformed and billed incorrectly.

Treatment could be more gentle so that it is less painful. Needs to disclose more information regarding treatment before starting one. Office management is horrible and unprofessional. Front desk clerk Andrea gives false information about billing and payment, and also talks behind patients' back to the doctor. Poor office management procedures distorting patient accounts, yet making the unaware patients accountable. Konrad's ok service is negatively affected by his office staff.

San Konrad is the best I have ever been to in 50 years. If he is not careful, it's guy like him who will give denistry a good name. Great hygienists too. I whole heartedly recomend Dr Konrad to anyone looking for a quality dentist at a reasonable price. -Scott Gahagen- San Mateo, CA

Our whole family has been patients of Dr Konrad. We love him!!! Boys moved to College but still comes back to Dr Konrad for dental.

I have been going to Dr. Konrad for around 30 years. I have always felt comfortable in his care. I went through a bout of anxiety that lasted around 3 years. It seemed almost everything got my heart rate jumping. But every visit to his office was still comfortable and relaxing. I have had a lot of work done over the years. Mostly because the only way my grandfather spoiled me was with candy. I was also a huge soda drinker. But over time Dr. Konrad helped me change my habits until at 35 i had my first perfect visit. It was quite a shock. I have no issues with the job he does. The front desk has always been friendly and helpful.

About Hygienist: Friendly, talkative, gentle and thorough. As many know teeth cleaning can be painful. I do not leave the office feeling frazzled as i have from others. And i almost enjoy it. Leave feeling like my teeth are extremely clean.

Excellent dentist. First class work and reasonable prices. Keeps on top of latest developements and techniques. He has a very pleasant staff as well. I have been a patient for over 12 years and sent a number of my friends to him.

About Hygienist: Hygienist is very friendly and uses ultrasonic cleaner. Quick and painless.

Dr. Konrad is quite competent and stays informed on the newest techniques and equipment. Even with my terrible childhood experiences with dentists, he was able to put me at ease. He is conservative in his treatment, and doesn't perform any unnecessary procedures. His dental hygienist, Dee, is wonderful.

I've been his patient for 20 years. He has put in gold crowns and replaced fillings. Despite my poor habits, he and his dental hygienists have enabled me to keep my teeth in good shape, and I've never had a root canal. He keeps up with the latest developments and is always updating his equipment.
