Very disappointed! I went in for crown and dental bridge. Started by putting in a SILVER METAL crown w/o my knowledge or consent. Staff did not check with my ins co that I was covered for white, porcelain crown. Then, agreed to replace but put new, inexperienced Dental Asst to do job taking over 2 HRS to finish. Next day, temp crown falls off since she did not glue correctly. It's a shame b/c Dr. McKethen is a good dentist, but low cost is not a compromise for poor quality service.
