Excellent work; reasonable prices; friendly staff; no wait time; clean brightly lit office. I've been with Dr. Kirby for 15 years and have only great things to say.

Dr Kirby has a wonderful chair-side manner and is a great story teller. Ann the receptionist is efficient and accommodating. I prefer to have Dr Kirby do the cleaning as I find him more gentle than any of the other hygienists. He runs a conservative dental practice. I do not believe he recommends orthodontia unless it is required for dental health reasons......not cosmetic reasons. My only complaint is the answering service. They take a long time to answer, put you on hold and are rude and abrupt.

My two kids and I switched to Dr. Kirby and it was a right choice. Everytime we visit his office, the receptionist greets us in a very friendly way. Dr. Kirby has been practicing in San Rafael for over 20 years, that is one of signs of a good dentist. He's always pleasant and tells good jokes to patients of all ages.

I always feel lucky when Dr. Kirby himself cleans my teeth. He answers my questions completely. The bonding he did was quick and painless. I get 3 cleanings a year. The office is very helpful with the billing and insurance. I have been going to Dr. Kirby for years, since he took over Dr. Tarantino's practice, and I was not tempted to change when I moved further away.

Been with Dr. Kirby for 8 years. He works very carefully and efficiently and the work seems to be of high quality. Support staff is helpful and friendly, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes when I show up for an appt.
Prices seem a little higher than the amounts covered by insurance, but in my view its worth it.

Dr Kirby is no nonsense, straight forward kind of person. I really enjoy him for being open and upfront, his sense of humor and impecable job, of course.
Overall very nice atmosphere in the office. Nice staff. Bills my insurance.

I absolutely recommend Dr. John Kirby for anyone out there that needs a dentist or if your current dentist is not the best. He is friendly and very thorough with all of his work.. I go back not only for his great work, but for his great attitude. The staff is also wonderful to be around.

I've been with Dr. Kirby for the past 5 years. The entire staff is friendly and are there to help. Dr. Kirby is very thorough on his examinations. I've been going back because of the people treatment. I strongly recomend this dentist for your needs.
I haven't had a reason for leaving the office. My intentions are to stay with them for life.
