About Hygienist: Avoid tooth cleaning from this office. Don't know why, but tooth cleaner lady always changes, every time I went there. I think the very last few times, the hygienist, Valerie/Naheed (I think), last a little bit longer there.. She was an older white lady (maybe same age as Barbara early 60-ish year.. not sure), NEVER smile or the smile is so fake only the mouth smile, not eyes or the rest of the face. She has hair loss, once her hair fell in my mouth while she was cleaning. Yuk! One time, She created several problems in my mouth... After the tooth cleaning, most of my tooth was in pain... I ended up doing three fillings, two desensitizer on couple teeth... in Dr Hakim's office and two root canal (other Endo) but did the crown in Dr Hakim. All of this right after a tooth cleaning. After about 3 month, I felt like ripped off cause it cost my insurance and out of pocket about $7,500... I do my regular cleaning, not sure why this time my mouth, had so problems... This was the beginning of losing faith at this office.
