They restored one of my tooth with a procelain crown in December of 2007. The crown broke a few months ago. It has been less than 5 years and the crown is still under warranty. They refuse to replace the crown. They claim that the dentist who did the work is no longer associated with them and currently lives in Mexico. However, his name is still on their website and they mention his name when answering their phone lines. It seems to me that they want to weed out the previous dentist's patients and continue treating the ones that are regular patients and have no prior problems and disassociate themselves with the old patients who have issues or problems
