None better - I've never had a better experience. I would recommend Dr. Nemec to everyone. She makes the visit a very good experience.

My family of 5 have been patients of Dr. Nemec for over 5 years. She has expertly and kindly served our needs by doing root canals, fillings and keeping our family dental health in top shape. I am writing because I happened to find some mean spirited reviews which I find to be off the wall.

Where should I begin, first I checked their website, not only were there misspellings, it does not even look completed. When I called to make an appointment the front assistant, was very rude. DO NOT forget I was a new patient, she had asked if I was going to use any insurance, and I explained to her that my husband had all the information that I would need to call her back to give her, and she just began to say that if I do not provide her with my insurance information I would have to pay out of pocket. A couple of hours later the office called me back to reschedule my appointment because the doctor had an emergency, so I agreed it happens people have emergencies, but when they call me a couple days later to re-schedule for the second time it bothered me, my husband just told me to cancel my appointment and go some place else. In which I should of listened. I go to my first appointment, and the young lady I believe her name was Leslie she was very rude, she would roll her eyes at me when I would ask a question about what my coverage. instead of taking her time and explain things to me she said you can call your insurance if you have questions, by then I was irritated. About Hygienist: was having sensitivity to very cold beverages, she said it would go away. As I met the hygienist, a red haired older lady she was very sweet and talkative, but as I am sitting in the chair I heard the doctor yelling at her employees, I could not believe how horrible some one can treat others. As I am getting ready to leave, I waited about 20 minutes to make another apointment to get my filling, the young lady was being so rude still because I needed a specific time to be seen, so I asked to speak to the manager in which she implied she was the manager. Weeks later I had my filling done and I kept having sensitivity to my tooth, I would call to see if I can be seen and all the staff would say is that the sensitivity would go away, and it did not. I went to see another Dentist, he was great, he said I had needed a Root canal and a crown and NOT a filling. They expect me to pay my co-pay of a filling, in which I will not be paying, she needs to diagnose correctly. I should have read the other reviews before even making an appointment!!! People please do not go there, worst DENTIST ever. She needs to be closed down.

I saw this doctor in 2009. The office billing person was never able to bill my insurance correctly - I had to call the office several times. I thought the problem was resolved but I just got a bill (it's 2012) for services done three years ago! I was unable to get the office to admit they made a mistake and deal with my issue. I had insurance coverage at the time of service and now they want me to pay the full amount. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

I had a filling which turned into a root canal which turned into a nightmare, injured nerve, pain and suffering. She is a terrible and negligent dentist as well as an inconsiderate human being. First, she never offered to refer me to an endodontist - I guess due to greed, she decided to do my root canal herself (which I doubt I ever needed) and collect the high fees she charges. It took 4 hours to do the root canal, she was constantly in a hurry running from one patient to another patient. I was sitting in the room waiting with my tooth half open. After the root canal, I was in an excruciating pain for months until another doctor fixed it. She continually denied that it was caused by her work. She even cemented the crown on my painful tooth! I was a perfectly healthy and happy person before I met her. I deeply regret seeing her and having her go near my teeth. One visit cost me lots of pain, suffering, devastation, thousands of dollars spent on doctors to recover, inability to work for a year and fear of having another dentist touching my teeth. She is just a disgusting, greedy and shallow person who should not have the opportunity to be a doctor and hurt another human being. Don't let her hurt you! Find another dentist.
