I have had work done here before, good work but very expensive. I wanted to see him to have a tooth fixed, but last time I was there, I check with another denist about cost and apparent hurt the Dr feelings, so now he has dropped me as a patient. So now we have found a more resonable priced dentist to perform the work.

About Front Desk: Nice enough.

Dr.Patel has done 2 root canals on me. He is a wonderful doctor and i have had no pain with either one. He is also very affordable compared to other clinics I have called. I would recommened him to anyone who needs a root canal.

Dr. Patel: I had an emergency root canal. Dr. Patel's office got me in and into the chair. Dr. Patel has a warm and friendly chairside manner. He has a way of explaining everrthing to you with out talking down to you. If you have to get shots in your jaw he is the guy you want. He is so gentle you will be amazed. As far as cost. Yes, like all medical offices they need to pay their bills and ask for their money up front. This is not a choice for the medical field. This is because of the insurance industry. You will love the staff and the doctor. You get what you pay for. An experienced Doctor and staff that gets the job done in the least amount of discomfort with state of the art technology.

This office nickel and dimes you with extra charges that your insurance doesn't pay for. Use confussing language on bill then just say you are responsible after the fact. Indicated that I would not be charge for exam if I had worked done. Then billed the insurance company. Insurance company refused,. Then they tell me I was billed just wasn't bill on the day of the exam. ?? go figure. they need to understand the meaning of being billed.
