I don't have enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had with them. I'll try to explain it step by step. First, the person who greets you at the reception is friendly and calm. Second, an assistant greets you and walks you to one of the treatment rooms and makes sure that you feel comfortable. Third comes another sweet and friendly assistant to let you know that the doctor will come in a few minutes. Finally, Dr. Farshey comes into the room after three minutes; attentive and friendly and begins to ask me detailed questions. Once he understands my problem, he explains in great detail the exams and x-rays that will be necessary to determine my treatment. After the proper steps, Dr. Farshey decides that I need a root canal. Most people are afraid of root canals because they've probably had an unfortunate experience, suffering a lot of pain. However, I can only say that my experience was outstanding, and I did not feel any pain! Dr. Farshey was so kind and patient and did not begin to treat my tooth until it was completely numbed. I am so grateful for Dr. Reza Farshey. He fixed a root canal done by another endodontist, in which only 1 1/2 of the 3 roots had been filled. I was still having pain from 9 months before after the previous root canal. I had been told by the previous endodontist and a dentist that I would never be able to chew hard things on that side of my mouth. I had been advised that either an apicoectomy or removal of the tooth was necessary. Dr. Farshey did an exploratory exam with his state of the art equipment and determined that he could redo the root canal, getting to all the roots. He completed the work a couple of days ago. I am a terrible patient, hyperventilating whenever a needle is brought near me. He and his staff were able to keep me calm enough to do the work, a feat in itself. Although I could have opted for sedation, the setup and cost of it persuaded me to do without it. All was fine. Dr. Farshey's staff are so confident, capable and caring that it helped immeasurably. I am so grateful to Dr. Farshey for his excellent work and demeanor, in saving my tooth, and would recommend him to anyone.
