I went this dentistry for a regular cleaning and met Dr.Avery. I felt she is a bit arrogant. She recommended me for a cosmetic purpose work, but during the regular exam, she could not even hold the scaler properly.
I am not sure why she thinks I might get a cosmetic work from a dentist who does not know how to hold a tool properly.....

I had a tooth that was broken and need to be removed. Dr. Avery didn't give me any choice but request me to have a bridge to be in place. I asked about dental implant. They refused to provide this option. They required me to pay all the fee in advance before they sent to my insurance company. I asked them to send me an invoice after they built the insurance. They never did.
After they put the bridge on, my two teeth became weak and very sensitive to cold and hot. There was one patient refused the treatment plan. Dr. Avery was talking about this patient while doing my bridge. After that procedure, I never wanted to go back to this dentist any more.
