I was referred to Dr Esmail to complete a challenging extraction where the tooth (that had a root canal 15 years earlier) crumbled and required a surgeon's expertise.
I have a great fear of going to the dentist and he was very sensitive to my heightened state of anxiety and proceeded at a rate that did not add to my stress/anxiety.
He was personable. professional and an excellent "chair-side manner." I felt very comfortable while in his care. The office is not fancy but appeared to be well-equipped, clean and efficient
His assistant Mike was also courteous. They did not take my insurance though completed the paperwork and mailed to my insurance company. I had to pay approximately half of the treament cost up front.
I went back a week later for the follow up. Again he was very personable and I left feeling good sbout the work performed and that my regular dentist had made a great business decision in establishing a working relationship with Dr Esmail
I highly recommend him
