Very knowledgeable, kind, & yes a little expensive, BUT I want the Dentist working on my smile to be the best & you get what you pay for. I am not the best patient and when Dr Ross did a consultation on a tooth that needed a root canal he referred me to a Specialist & explained why.

I think that Dr. Ross is a very thorough and capable dentist with state of the are equipment! The office is clean and organized with friendly, well educated staff. I recommend him to my friends and family. I have had a good amount of work done by him and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Really Horrible. Just check online for what other people say, but don't confuse him for another Gary M Ross in maine or somewhere in the east. This jerk is in New Mexico. He is just an arrogant lying jerk. He scolded his employees in front of me and lied about the price of his work.

About Front Desk: Clearly intimidated with Dr. Ross, just horrible.

About Hygienist: no hygienist

CAUTION!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Do NOT expect to get ANY information during your "free" consultation. Nothing he does is free, believe me! He is very arrogant and just wants to suck you into high priced treatments.

I had planned on future purchase of implants, and responded to Ross's advertising. On the first visit, I asked, asked, and then insisted on an itemization of the costs I would be incurring. I was put-off by the inclusion of a $25 bottle of mouthwash added to my bill. That was a warning sign that I should have heeded. I walked out with an antibiotic prescription for my two infected teeth, and a followup appointment for their extraction. Returned the next month for the extractions, which took about fifteen minutes. Six weeks later the statement arrived from my dental insurance carrier, showing a whopping $1,800 charge! Roughly triple what I had been quoted. No amount of polite discussion with the office staff could secure a face-to-face appointment with Ross about the charges. My insurance carrier had no interest in hearing my complaint. "Get a lawyer..." was their advice.

About Front Desk: No help here. They know who pays their salaries.

Dr. Ross prescribed a costly and painful treatment for me that was ultimately unnecessary. Thank goodness I went and got a second opinion. I find it telling that every time I go in the office, staff members have quit and been replaced. I have had multiple negative experiences in Dr. Ross' office and I would not recommend Dr. Ross to anyone. I regret that I stayed his patient for so long.

Absolutely the worse dentist I have ever seen in my 55 years. Do not go to this dentist. He's overpriced, with terrible billing practices. They are more interested in getting payed than providing adequate care. We had to go to an oral surgeon to repair the damage Dr. Ross caused.

I wanted to thank you for spending so much time with me during my appointment yesterday. I know that you must have been busy, but you and your staff made me feel as thought I was the only patient in the office and that does not occur often. From the first phone call that I made to schedule my appointment, until the time I left the office, I felt at ease and happy that I found the practice. I will be sure to tell people that I know about my experience in hopes that more people can compare where they currently go to your practice. What you offer is much different and more specialized than many dentistry offices.
