Dr Martinez performed a root canal on me in 2011, apparently he broke off part if the instrument in my tooth canal and sealed it shut. He wrote down in his notes that he informed me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and would never of allowed him to leave a piece of metal in mouth. That statement from him is a blatant lie. He now refuses to own up to his mistake and compensate me accordingly. I would never go to a dentist that was not honorable or forthright.
