Positive: Dr. Hoy was very professional to me and seems competent. Negative: His implants and veneers are expensive. The equipment looks old and run down. He doesn't treat his assistant very nice. The people who work there generally don't seem happy to be there.

About Front Desk: The front desk people seem nice, especially Ida (spelling?)

About Hygienist: The hygeniests are all very nice and seem to do good work. I prefer to be treated by Arline.

Treatment unsuccessful-I am aware of the area every moment I am awake and had no pain before the procedure. I don't have insurance so I didn't have the benefit of a second opinion. I would tell people to run the other way before using this dentist.

About Front Desk: The front staff woman embarrassed me on several occasions by speaking to me in the public waiting room about doing the procedure.

About Hygienist: The hygienist, and I think it is the same hygienist or her husband who provide TWO REVIEWS ABOVE, was fine. She was a Chinese hygienist and had the same name as the reviewer above. ?????

Dr. Hoy and his staff are a group of professionals that care about your overall health. They give many varied options for your treatment plan which encourages one to make an informed decision. They are never pushy and the cost is 'middle of the road'. Dr Hoy's work is gentle and top notch. A very humble, compassionate individual.

About Hygienist: I have always had great hygenists here. I go every six months.

Dr. Hoy and his entire team make it their personal goal to develop personal relationships with ME... and I truly feel they listen and provide me with dentistry I want and can afford.

About Hygienist: They are great... Especially Eileen...
