I was a patient of Dr. Imagawa for years.
She said that I needed a cap at my last teeth cleaning,but did not show me any x-ray proof of this like she did the first time.
On the first of many appointments for this new crown my jaw was injured by an inexperienced,unsupervised tech. It was very painful for over 1 week. It still will not close properly and I developed for the first time ever sores on my cheek and gums from drilling.
I got a 3 day toothache from the 2nd temporary that was put on. It was the first time in my life I ever had one and Dr. Imagawa did not respond promptly to my many messages and calls for help.
The final tooth itself was defective. It was the wrong color,size,had imperfections that my tooth did not,and had a gap at the bottom between the crown and gum.
When I complained Dr. Imagawa was furious blamed another Dr. for her mistakes and then wrote a nasty letter to that Dr. and dumped me as a patient with an imperfect crown put on with temporary cement.
I have seen 2 other dentists that confirmed shoddy work and my injured jaw.
It is now going to cost a lot of money to fix what Dr. Imagawa & tech. did to me.
Several other patents I know are also very unhappy with recent work by the Dr. and will never go back!!!
About Hygienist: Did not clean my teeth well and my gums were sore after.This was the 2nd time they hurt after a cleaning at this office. They never hurt before when cleaned there or at other Dr.s offices They also did not examine my gums like in the past. I left with my teeth still feeling dirty.

I am over 65 and I have been going to Dr. Imagawa for many years now. She is, by far, the best dentist I have ever gone to. She has done fillings and crowns for me. All of her work has been excellent. I highly recommend her.

Excellent practitioner. Professional and reliable. Have taken my kids there for years. Very happy with the results, service and dental care.
