The office staff's follow through is aweful. The doctor is compitent & a pleasure to be with. It took over a year to get everything done, due to their disorganization. The staff is very nice & the facility is clean but their paperwork & returned phone calls are horrible. On my crown, I got the temporary, then was to get a call in about two weeks when the real one came in. It has been 2 months. No call. I also asked them for a letter for "medical necessity" to provide to my insurance. It has been 6 months, no letter. I follow up and they are sweet and say it will get done. It does not. Going to change dentists as soon as my crown is done. Office staff follow through is beyond terrible.

I had already seen another dentist who really wasted my time and money. Dr. Gallegos rescued me as I was already in full temporaries. He completely restored my mouth and restored my confidence. I have since sent over my sister, my daughter, and my mother to him. I had my extreme makeover and it came out wonderful. He also used the best lab in the area. I highly recommend him. He also made it affordable for me by offering a payment program.

I have had alot of rework..... Rework of his work Crowns, fillings.root canals. He was nice but his workmanship seems poor.

The Dr. pulled a tooth but left the root in. The whole process had to be redone.

Despite my complaint, Gallegos missed a cavity that his staff eventually noticed. Seems like he's too busy and running from patient to patient.

Dr. Gallegos is not only skilled and professional, but he is friendly and remembers you and your family. Very genuine, collaborative, and intelligent. I never worry about anything under his care.
