waited 8 weeks for an appointment was cancelled 1.5 hrs before appt time. told i would be called the next day and rescheduled. never called They have no appreciation for patient's time or work concerns. one week later - still no call to reschedule
About Front Desk: lack any consideration toward patient lie when they cancel appt, which is easily checked out

Dr. Roberts is extremely knowledgeable about his craft/trade. He offered me a wealth of information, explanations and options that I'd likely never have heard from any other dentist.

We love Dr Roberts!! He has treated my whole family for years. He is great about telling you all your options and then letting the patient be part of the decision making process.kind

I have gone to Dr. Roberts for many, many years and he and his staff are wonderful!!! Always willing to fit me in, the office always runs their appointments on time, and they are always friendly and helpful. As for dental treatments, Dr. Roberts is always thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend him!!
