Went in to get my wisdom teeth out. I was terrified so I decided to try nitrous gas to calm me down. He put the gas on when he was giving me the novocaine shots, and I definitely felt it. It calmed me down. Then he turned it off while we were waiting for me to get numb and he had to assist another person. That's understandable I guess. Then they said they were turning it back on but I felt absolutely NOTHING. I knew what it should have felt like from when he turned it on the first time and this time there was nothing. Absolutely nothing. I stopped and mentioned THREE times during the procedure that the gas wasn't on. I even just asked them to take off the mask since there was nothing coming out and it was in the way. They just said that it was fine... I was shaking and crying the whole time. Oh but of course they don't mind charging the $65 for the gas. I would bet on anything it wasn't on or that it was being so lowly administered that it was pointless. I'm furious. I don't have an extra $65 to pay. I did it because I was so scared. It has nothing to do with the staff not being friendly, because they are. But I will never go to this place again and I recommend against it for anyone.

Dr.Bashi is the worst dentist ever! I waited for 45 minutes after he got me numb! I heard him talking to a patient next to my room chit chatting about cars and fishing. Completely ignored that I was even there. His assistant kept checking on me to make sure I was doing well. By the time he got into complete my procedure, I felt the numbess had worn off. He looked at me and said " is there a problem?" yes! there is! You left me to go talk to someone and either forgot I was there or just did not care.... I felt stupid at the time. Thought I was the problem, but I went to a different dentist today and had the rest of my fillings done. Not only was I comfortable and felt like a human being. He was in my room 5 minutes after he got me numb and I didn't feel a thing!! The only thing good about this ffice that makes you feel welcome is the front office girl who checked me in and the girl who brought me back to the treatment room. The doctor is unpleasant and made me feel like I was stupid, due to the fact I was not completely "numb."

About Front Desk: Valerie was very caring and professional.

I went in due to pain and xrays were done. I am on Medicaid since losing my job a month ago. Doctor did no exam but looked at xray then told me I had 3 infected teeth and that the extractions would have to be preapproved. I was told it could 10 day to 2 weeks. A week later I called their office to see if they received the approval yet and the girl answering the phone said no and that it can take 2 to 6 weeks. I then called the insurance company to find out how long it would take and was told it was approved immediately and a letter was sent to the dentist and that they can also access the approval on their portal. I called dentist office back and and told receptionist what insurance company told me. She placed me on hold to talk to office manager and when she came back he told me they have to wait for the paper approval and that in the past when she tried to access approvals on website she couldnt so she wasnt going to do it for me. I called insurance company back and they called the dentist and immediately faxed an approval notice to dentist so they would schedule me. They immediately called me and scheduled appt but were very nasty about it. They are cold blooded and uncaring.

About Front Desk: Office manager rude and refused to go out of her way to assist me in in getting approval even though she knew how much pain I was in. Not one person in that office seemed to care or apologized that I had to wait. Bar none the most cold blooded treatment I have ever received from a dentist/doctor.

This dentist is extremely rude. I went to my first appointment because my tooth has been hurting really bad for a few months. I happen to be pregnant which really annoyed him. He stated that we would have to get paperwork faxed from my doctor. I arrive to my appointment on time and got into an actual exam room about 25 minutes later. While waiting for the doctors fax, Dr. Bashi continually came into the room complaining of the amount of time if was taking to get a fax back. He stated very annoyed that, "well we have been waiting 45 minutes for a fax so we will have to reschedule!" When in fact it had been 20 minutes exactly becusde I was called in so late. The fax finally came in and he did a quick X-ray of my tooth and rudely explained to me that I needed a root canal, didn't want to answer any of my questions and sent me on my way. I watched him run out to his car the second I left. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional and I don't recommend him to anyone unless you are looking for a rude, insensitive dentist who doesn't care about you in any way. I informed the front desk that I will not be back.
