Dr. Carnes did a wonderful job listening to my issue of another Endodonist's failed root canals done here in Castle Rock. He took extra time in helping me make the decision to reccommend a Periodontist. I highly do think the Endodonist Specialists is by far the best place to have work done! Stay away from a young Endodonist with blond hair in this area! Hope you take advice.

I highly recommend Dr. Carnes from Endodontic Associates! He made my very first root canal an actual GOOD experience (as good as root canals can get!). Very kind, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, constantly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. He even called that night to see how I was doing and gave me his emergency number in case I needed anything. This is how ALL Dentists SHOULD be! Office staff is very friendly and helpful, quoted me a price with insurance, and that's what I paid! It is a little pricey if you don't have insurance, but if you have good insurance, barely dents the check book! Its only been 2 days since the root canal, and I'm already almost 100%! I know if I ever need any major dental work done again, I will definitely go back to him, and I will refer everyone I know!

Dentist referred me to Dr. Carnes. Office quoted one amount, charged another amount (over twice as much.) Tried to contact billing multiple times, but I guess that lady doesn't get paid to return calls. She only works a couple hours a week. So, I was sent to collections. Classy. Do NOT trust the quote you're given on the phone. Oh, and I'm having pain in that tooth again, so I'm guessing the root canal didn't work.

My dentist referred me to Endo Associates for a root canal. I was in severe pain and was able to get an appointment for that day. Dr. Carnes explained the root canal procedure to me, and listened to me about my experience. He was calm and caring. He did a thorough job and was very experienced. I would highly recommend him to others!
