I have been a patient for 8 years going in every 6 months for regular cleanings. Now I have bone loss? Periodontal problems and now I need intense root cleanings that I need to be numb for.Hygienist said she could see plaque on x rays. How did I get here when I have been coming to Dr Casson for years.Very disappointed.

Every crown Anne does turns into root canal!!! Than of course you need the crown afterwards $$$ and they give you an " estimate" after she's into the nerve of the tooth we get a new "estimate" with more $$$$ seems a little fishy.

About Front Desk: Very Rude

About Hygienist: Never have same hygienist. Always new person.

I have been there 5 years and every time it's a crown now!!! What happened to fillings???? I question my crowns now because all my molars are big silver fillings and now they all have cracks and need crowns? Beware.

About Front Desk: Well another new girl up front and now we have to figure out our bill all over again from 5 years ago . Now she wants me to pay from 4 years ago. But "she's looking into our account" always someone else's mistake or problem . Go somewhere you know all your costs. It's your money . Always more money and another crown!!!!!!

I have been going there 2 years and everything was fine at my check ups.Now it's a crown every time I go in for my cleanings. I advise to get 2nd opinion as I did and another dentist said my big silver filling was just fine and advised against crowns. My advice is to get 2nd opinion before crowning your teeth .

Dr.Casson is a very nice person and her 2 assistants seemed very nice as well. Although I have many concerns, hence my rating. I had 4 cavities filled yesterday, and cosmeticly you can still see and feel 2 of the cavities. Not sure is that is normal as I've never had to have a cavity filled. Not to mention some small pieces of filling have chipped off in less than 24 hours after the procedure. One of my molars that they did feels like a completely different tooth. Almost as if the overgrinded it or the filling is very rough/ not smoothed out. That molar now feels like it has jagged edges. All 4 cavities where done in less than an hour. Again, not sure if this is normal, but they definitely seemed rushed the whole time as there are ever only 3 dentists in the office at one time. During my visit, I saw they were fully booked for the day, and 2 of the 3 dentists were with me during my procedure(Anne & an assisatant), it was clear that they planned on my visit only being an hour and people were waiting for them. When I left, there were patients waiting and the other 3rd assistant was just hanging out, basically as if they were waiting for Dr.Casson to be done with me. Another dentist advised fillings should not be rough or jagged

About Front Desk: Don't know her name, but out of everyone, she is the least pleasant. Not that she's rude, but definitely not nice. If you ask her ANYTHING you will probably get a very vague answer. On my initial visit when I asked how much everything would cost, she just asked if I had insurance, and I said yes, my vague answer was, "they will cover 80%". And I got a printout if the FULL cost, and she handwrote the cost after the 80% discount. That is all they charged, but a handwritten price quote? Doesnt seem very official and fishy as they could claim they never quoted that price since it was handwritten. And, to schedule my initial appointment I had to wait about a month(just for x-rays and general inspection) then I had to wait another month and a half before I could schedule the visit for cleaning and fillings. So they obviously overbook and/or understaffed/not big enough office. So if you ever need urgent care or need to reschedule, plan on waiting at least a month

About Hygienist: Seems to be a nice person as well. But again, seemed rushed, as she was taking her time at first, thouroughly cleaning each tooth, then the last few teeth, just whizzed through them. And after the cleaning, Dr. Casson and her other assistant were just standing there waiting for me to do the cavities. Hence why I think they were rushing through the whole thing

This office always has a new hygienist and they are always running late plus you never get an exam from Dr Casson personally. I feel like she does not respect peoples time.

Dr. Casson did my back upper and lower left crowns. It was extremly painful. Two month's after I had the upper crown done, it cracked in half. She redid the crown for free. A few month's later the same crown broke again. It was emotionally exhausting.I went to a different dentist and he said that the crown was poorly shaped and wasn't the way he would have done the crowns. Dr.Casson is nice. Her dental assistant is not so nice. If you have a fear of going to the dentist, than Dr. Casson is not the right dentist for you. I highly don't recommend her to anyone.

About Hygienist: The dental assistant's name was Shay and she was horrible and unprofessional. My mouth was hurting and she said she couldn't believe that I felt any pain. She also critized how unprofessional I was being when she was the one raising her voice. It became so out of control that Dr. Casson made her leave the room.
