Dr. Kempton is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I have always felt very comfortable in her office and appreciate how caring and competent she is.

Really liked Dr. Kempton. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge were exactly what you'd expect from a dentist. However, I will not be continuing as a patient of hers due to the unprofessionalism of her front desk staff (see comments below).

About Front Desk: I have such mixed reviews because I actually really like Dr. Kempton and the hygienist that works there (can't remember her name). Like many other reviewers; however, I could not believe how unprofessional her receptionist (Randy) was. It seems that there is a general concensus that he is extremely difficult to deal with as far as a service provider goes. I've never been spoken to over the phone by anyone like I was when I called into the office. I spoke to the person who recommended Dr. Kempton to me and she agreed that she loved the denist, but had the same issues with Randy. I would not expect to stay in business if that was the gatekeeper for the office. I hope Dr. Kempton can come up with some other solution to retain and attract new clients.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was excellent. Probably the best I've ever had. Very thorough and professional.

She is the best. Thorough, caring, well informed on dental procedures. A real pro who leaves no stone unturned in providing outstanding dental care. I have had the gamut of procedures done and each one went off like clock work. Rountine check ups, cleanings, crowns and implant procedures were performed with outstanding success and little to no discomfort. If you need dental work done go to Cindy Kempton, DDS-I do and will.

About Front Desk: Randy is an outstanding administrator. He makes the office run like clock work and is most helpful in dealing with insurance companies. For a first rate dental experience go to Dr Kempton.

About Hygienist: Char is the best. Her attention to detail is fantastic. She has a depth of knowledge that exceeds other hygienists. A real pro who gets the job done and done right.

I have been with Dr. Kempton for a long time now. She is very gentle and caring. I have not had any problems with her office staff or insurance. I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have referred friends and family and they have not reported any issues with Dr. Kempton or staff. But I do understand that dental and medical issues can be expensive and complicated, some do not understand this. You can not find a better dentist.

About Front Desk: I had a nice visit, all my questions were answered and the insurance was filled promptly.

I am about to press FRAUD charges for submitting false claims to my insurance!! My husband, me and my child do not get our teeth cleaned twice a year but they reported we went there and we did not. Furthermore, I take my child to a children's dentist! They made a claim to my insurance thinking if they don't the money will be lost or something! bc I have good insurance. CHECK YOUR CLAIMS! these people are FRUADS!

Dr Kempton is a nice lady and her work is sufficient. But the big Butt is her office manager/husband. Not only is he unprofessional and uneducated in every aspect of dentistry/insurance but his personal hygiene is just not acceptable for professional. All over the internet there are complaints about this guy.. Dr. Kempton What are you doing!!!???

Dr. Kempton is a wonderful lady. But the rude douche(her husband) at the front desk is absolutely terrible. I tried to reschedule my appointment and all he could keep saying is it's going to be $50 for a missed appointment, he said I could get in at 8 am since I had to change it. I called back 37 times to get that appointment and no answer so I demanded Dr. Kempton call me back. The husband told me if I'm at work making money then it's only fair if his wife makes money too. Terrible service as far as I'm concerned she not only lost my business, but my boyfriends, and another family of 4 that had referred me to her in the first place. She should read these reviews and see that her husband is ruining her business.

SAVE YOURSELF A BAD DAY!!!!!!! Cindy Kempton is a nice lady BUT by the time you get back to see her your more than ready to walk right back out the door due to being treated in a way that is absolutely unappropriate by yes, her husband (Randy) who runs the front office. No one should have to put up with verbal attacks like that! Especially at a place of business when your paying for a service. They also billed my insurance for services not necessarily performed. My insurance was billed for "white" fillings when "silver" fillings is what I really recieved. When my insurance company would not pay for the white fillings because they were not covered like the silver ones, I was sent a bill for what the insurance did not cover. And of course Randy will make you talk to him before anyone else about the bill and he will not listen to anything you have to say (Again without verbal abuse) When it comes down to it I would rather pull my own teeth than have to go back and deal with that business

Kempton's husband is billing me and threatening me for services from 3 years ago even though his statements have me at a zero balance.This practice should be avoided at all costs! .
