The Doctor was knowledgeable and well trained. However, his billing practices are dishonest. We had to report him to our insurance for fraud in order to remove very unreasonable charges beyond his contracted amount.
About Front Desk: The receptionist was dishonest, telling us that she had received pre-approval for the procedure when she had not. This could have ended up in a charge of nearly $500.00 for a procedure with a copay of $32.00 if we did not contact our insurance company

Dr. Lento was fantastic. I needed to go in on a urgent basis and his staff in the office were kind and friendly. They were able to fit me in for the consultation and the procedure very quickly. Dr. Lento was kind and professional. The procedure was painless, he took his time in making sure the anesthetic worked. Then because it was a friday he made it possible or me to get in touch with him if needed. Dr. Lento also called me on a saturday tomake sure I was doing well. Highly recommend him.
