Dr. Caroline and Dr. Fereidoon Rezvani are awsome doctors, but the Ethiopian receptionist with the braces at the front desk is horrible. Her attitude has turned away the employees and friends that I have sent to the dentist. I have been going there for years, but stopped b/c of my ongoing experience with the lady at the front with the Braces! To experience such a nasty attitude when you are in pain is the worst. They have lost several customers because of this lady. If you are reading this, please get rid of the lady with the braces!!!!!!

I went to Dr. Rezvani in pain and explained my anxieties because I received nerve damage from a dentist years prior. She was short told me to go back to the dentists who did the damage and have them redo an old root canal and do nothing for 2 weeks but eat soft food no sweets. I called her 10 minutes later asked for pain remedy because I ate some soft bread she said I told you not to eat anything sweet and go back to your Dr, your insurance does not pay for the procedure. She could not get me out her office fast enough and was annoyed by my follow up call. Called my insurance and they DO pay for the procedure

This office is terrible. They charged me the incorrect amount. When i tried to submit my claim and get my refund they acted like i was lying. The office manager is mean and not helpful at all. Dr. Rezvani herself is great, but overall the service is disgraceful.

Would never return. The rudest nurses and staff I've ever seen in a dentist's office. The dentist is nice but I have never dealt with less professionally polite people in any business transaction than I had to deal with in regards to her staff. My bond came right off and the dentist did not catch an infection that required a root canal in the end.

My experience with this dentist and his staff was a nightmare. I do not appreciate being on time for my appointment and being forced to wait for far too long in an extremely uncomfortable position in the examination chair. Additionally, I only received part of the services which I requested. For example, I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and was refused this service. Then, after a long, uncomfortable wait, and being denied half of the services for which I scheduled the appointment, I was treated very poorly by the office staff. One member of Dr. Rezvani's staff was extremely rude to me. I made no unreasonable requests. I merely asked why, when I am paying, can I not have my teeth cleaned. Also, I asked for clarification on the payment and my insurance coverage. Yet, she responded negatively and became aggressive, saying "This is what you owe...pay your bill." Then, her fellow employees jumped in and were also very rude and disrespectful. Finally, I was shocked and dismayed when Dr. Rezvani became rude, and disrespectfully told me to not come to his office.

I went in for an initial appointment with her. It had been too long since my last cleaning. She took x-rays of the sides of my mouth and then poked around very briefly. She noted that I had periodontis and told me i needed to come back for deep cleaning. The good: The cost was not bad with my insurance. Only $20 for the visit and the front desk woman was very pleasant and answered questions patiently. The bad: Dr. Rezvani has very broken english and unfortunately also does not have a good chair side manner. VERY brief (2 sentence) descripton of the issues and she seemed very annoyed when I asked her to repeat what she said or provide some elaboration. Very unsatisfying visit.

After not going to the dentist for many years, I stumbled upon Dr. Rezvani. I found him and his office staff to be very kind and courteous. I plan on revisiting him. Cost was average. Pain almost none.
