He seem sincerely interested in patients. Cost is high. The office is like an Spa where you get offered drinks, masages, etc.

Dr. Telis is part of the Washington Center for Dentistry, along with a number of other dentists. The facilities are amazing truly more like a health spa than a dental office, with Internet access, a waiting suite, and free juice. I've only been to Dr. Telis for a cleaning, but his team is great. They work to minimize discomfort, and Dr. Telis spends much more time examining you then at a typical dentist. If you don't like having x-rays, they have some kind of digital machine that's much quieter and quicker than the normal alternative.
Washington Center for Dentistry requires upfront payment for treatment and then has your insurance company reimburse you. Their services are often above the maximum reimbursables, so be prepared to be out of pocket. That said, they offer great customer service, and it's always very easy to schedule an appointment. Expensive, but definitely worth it.

The office is like a spa. The staff very friendly and the Dentist as well. I came to this office for an xray and exam and I really recommend this kind, easy going dentist.
