I had my last visit to a dentist 18 months ago before moving from Colorado. Currently having no insurance and a heavy smoking habit that over time stains my teeth. Luckily I didn't have a cavity to fill because I spent my 20's very cautious of what was entering my mouth. But I always got my teeth whitened when I was younger. I was fairly good about caring for my teeth during that time. Brushed at least twice a day. Tried to floss at least once but sometimes skipped. Ate healthy, although I had an unhealthy smoking habit when out drinking or entertaining at home. Finally returned to dentist at age 34 expecting the worst. and nothing. No cavities. No gum issues. There was some plaque build up requiring a scraping session which Dr. Rosenberg and staff made pleasant. That was 1 year ago. I've been back every 6 months since then and no issues. Still a filling free mouth thanks to Rosenberg Smiles.

About Front Desk: Very pleasant and had ton of magazine's on dental health. I'm weird I enjoy reading those educational teeth novels.

Dr. Rosenberg was a breath of fresh air after having a fear of dentist since a child. My brother had many cavities as a child, and would fear going to the dentist. His fear caused me to stay away from sweets as a child and at the age of 21 I , I finally visited a dental office without my mother. I went to Dr. Rosenberg's office for a check up after my wisdom teeth decided to appear. Lucky for me I have a big mouth so all I needed was a cleaning. While I was there a 14 year old who had two cavities filled reassured me that Dr. Rosenberg was his dentist since a child and that he was the best. I was glad that he was exactly what my waiting room confidant said he was.

About Front Desk: Everyone with whom I spoke with at the front desk was accommodating.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was thorough and made the transition pain free.

I only had the 6 month Standard cleanings, but the words "Possible Insurance Fraud" quickly came to mind. before I left the office I'm not sure The staff was extremely defensive and rude when I asked why about the double billing procedures for a single cleaning and refused to explain adeqautely why they were billing insurance twice for only one cleanng. I held off making my decision until after my wife tried the dentist. The same things occurred, ie. they double billed insurance for two cleanings using up her annual allotment of two cleanings in the same visit! I still helld off makeing a final decision until my next visit. While scheduling my next appt the recipstionist went ballistic and would not let me ask questions, when Ireiterated the gut instinct are telling me somethng is inappropriate and asked to speak to her boss, she told me to go elsewhere. I would like to have understood the issue better, but the recptionist was unwilling to all discussion. I discussed the situtation with several other denstist not affliated with this office and they questioned the billing practice also. Something appears to be very very wrong at this office. I usually say... If it walks like a duck...and quacks like a duck...

About Hygienist: Great job by the hygenist. I would love to continue going here BUT only if I could be assured there was no fradulant activity occuring and treated with respect, neither of which occurred

The best Dentist in South Florida by far. I switched jobs and found a dentist closer to my job in Lauderhill, I went once to that doctor and decided until I changed my insurance plan that would be covered under Dr. Rosenberg I would have to foot the bill myself, well worth it! Always pleasant, your in and out and they schedule around you! Linda is the best front desk person EVERY!!!!

I am very dissappointed in the attitude I received from the lady who took my complaint at Dr. Rosenbergs office. She was not helpful in the least, rude and evasive when I was speaking with her regarding the following. After having reviewed my exrays, Dr. Rosenberg reffered me to an oral surgeon for a follow up visit on what he saw. I left his office with the impression that this surgeon took my dental insurance. After all, knowing that I did in fact have dental insurance, why would he refer me to someone that didn't take insurance? Because, that would make too much sense. After my 10 minute appointment with this surgeon, I went to check out, thinking I would have my normal copay. I was taken aback when the woman handed me a bill for $173.00 !!!! How can I trust Dr. Rosenberg with my teeth knowing he is obviously not looking out for my best interest but for his Dentist buddies!! I called Dr. Rosenbergs office to find out; why in the world they would refer me to someone who doesn't take insurance? This is the response I got. We didn't not tell you he doesn't take insurence....and we didn't tell you he doesn't take it. You should have asked!!! I suggest you find a different dentist as my family and I are doing.
