I went to him only once based upon an awesome recommendation. He was very nice, accommodating and I was so elated to finally find a good honest dentist until I got home and the temporary filling fell out--within two hours of leaving his office. I called immediately and was told I was being unreasonable, "it was after all, a temp". That was true, but it should have lasted longer than that--at least until the follow-up. They should have replaced it being that it happened almost right away, but we never got to that option--or any option; it was my problem. Naturally, I didn't return for the follow-up. I was left with a gaping tooth and the task of finding another dentist and starting over in an urgent scenario. You pay for a service, it should certainly last beyond 2 hours. In fairness, I never got to speak with Dr. Forum. His assistant was overly defensive (which I could even dismiss had I been rude or out of hand) and had no intention of making it right. She did make the comment that I had inquired about returning after a month's time (only because of the holidays), which was moot, but regardless, it should have lasted two weeks, not two hours. What's right is right, and this was clearly wrong. So much for veracity in this office.

I have only had cleanings and fillings done but I love this office! The treatment has been good, I never have to wait, and the staff is so nice.... they really remove the anxiety that surrounds going to the dentist.
