I moved to Florida 8 years ago and had a very hard time finding a good dentist. I went through a few very questionable ones until I found Dr. Stanton. He really is the best dentist in the area. I highly, highly recommend this practice!!

i was a new patient of dr stanton, and coming from out of town for a change in my permenant bridge.mrs stanton gave me a price which we talked about many times and i was told if there was any differance that the price wouldnt be much more?i was given a total price of 2,400.00 and told to come in on tuesday at 10;00 am.my appointment had been reconfirmed .but as it got closer to my visit i was told they didnt have an app for me and was told to come in at 6;45 pm.dr stanton looked at me and said i needed to make an app which i should of already had due to the fact i had driven 700 miles and i was leaving for a cruise.the dr fit me in on there lunch hour between other patients for the next morning.when i came the next day i was told mrs stanton had made a mistake in the price and i would have to pay double that amount.i feel there practice is very un profesional.and mrs stanton was no where around to talk with. i guess it was deliberate.when they new i was coming a long way.i would never recomend this dr.

Horrible, dirty, and unethical office. The Dentist was using profanity in front of me. He set utensils on the counter (not on a tray or paper towl but directly on the counter) then put it back in my mouth. I about died. The office liked to me and over charged me for everything! I asked my insurance and they confirmed I was overcharged and should ask for a refund. The office denied a refund stating I had already agreed to and remitted payment. This office also charged me for things my insurance covered. At the time I believed them that it was part of my copay but all the costs were adding up way too high and way too fast. That is when I started to research costs and totaled over charging of about $500 from only three visits! I might mention that I did not have any major dental work or whitening treatments done. If you like your money and want to keep it stay away! If you want to make Stantons's yellow Ferrari payment please visit this office. You may as well make the check payable to Ferrari because you are being ripped off.

Very poor experience! Filled out comprehensive online questionnaire just to be asked the same questions over the phone. Upon arrival to my first appointment, no information had been gathered from my insurance company which resulted in confusion about coverage. Dr. Stanton suggested I needed a "full mouth debridement" cleaning which resulted in a $50 additional charge not covered by insurance and was no different than any other dental cleaning I had ever had. Then charged $40 each for several anti-biotic slivers under gums which had always been included with previous cleanings with other dentists. To top it off, charged $30 for an antiseptic mouth rinse that can be purchased on line for $7. Bottom line - a routine checkup and cleaning that should have been 100% covered by insurance cost $260! This dentist is "up-charge crazy"!

I made an appointment with Cheryl and received a text message that my appointment was on 11/18/2010 at 10:30am , at 10:31am while I was in the dentist parking lot, Vicky called to cancel because I was late, she was rude unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I told her that this was not a good startup, specially I was already there, and I didn't appreciate that. She didn't sound to care much. If Dr, Stanton is unale to coach his staff toward customer service excellence, then he doesn't deserve our business. No wonder why everyone is going overseas to do their denttal procedures.

I loved Dr. Nadel, the previous owner of the Dr. Stanton's practice. Then, seven months ago, I had my first annual cleaning and X-rays with Dr. S. Dr. S. looked at the X-rays, recommended a minor filling, and said nothing about problems with a molar crown. He did the minor filling adequately. This week, though, I returned for a cleaning and asked him to look again at the seven-month-old X-rays and check on a molar in which I'd been experiencing some sensitivity. (It appeared he was resistant to doing new X-rays, perhaps to save on costs). He glanced and them, and his eyes widened. "You have a massive cavity under crown!" he said. "We should get this crown replaced immediately if you want to keep the tooth!" I pointed out to him that the X-rays he looked at were seven months old, and that he had not noticed this massive and dangerous cavity when he looked at them before. He shrugged and said he probably "overlooked" it. Need I say more?
