Receptionist was in training but was pleasant and efficient. Sarah and Heather were amazing. They were patient and accomodating and explained everything. No pain. Dr. Carlson also came in to check over all the work. Checkout with Ms. Sadie was so professional she even recommended I get something done before I left so I wouldnt have to make a separat appointment. Thank you!

About Front Desk: Ms. Sadie was so helpful. Thankful for her knowledge and recommendations.

About Hygienist: Professional and friendly. Sarah and Heather really know what they are doing. Ms. Jessie was also great. She came in to give a second opinion.

My experience in this office started well and went downhill with each visit until I finally left. I did not have the same dentist for any of my 3, 6-month cleanings, fillings, or follow-up appointment. I did not have the same hygienist after the first two visits. I had been monitoring three small cavities for two years, and I finally decided it was time to have them filled. Dr. Sorensen was so rough that my face hurt for a week following the dental work. I had to return to the office two days after the fillings because my bite was off and there was a rough spot catching my tongue. In my opinion and experience, he should have been able to polish and smooth my teeth better using the carbon paper. Approximately three months later, I had returning sensitivity at the site of the fillings on teeth 13 and 14. I returned to this office and requested to see Dr. Carlson himself and only him from that point forward. Unfortunately, he attempted to tell me I needed a root canal ($2,000 procedure and I can't complain after because I won't be able to feel anything!) Thankfully, I have family in dentistry who said absolutely not. I found a new dentist who redid the two fillings (for $27 after my insurance) causing discomfort (the conserv

The worst dentist ever . He missed a cavity. Thank goodness that i went to get a second opinion and the dentist today said that he missed cavity. His co-dentist is young and fresh out of dentistry school. He has her perform his fillings for his patients. She did not do a good job on my fillings with contacts. I have gaps between the contacts ( after the filling was placed) so now food get stuck up there. He charges extra for what he calls " Modern Techniques" for the filling. Should not everyone have this performed to prevent cavities from forming after fillings. I payed for all this and still poor job performed. He just cares about money and no longer focus on what is important. His patients. He is getting careless and is missing common mistakes. Charges extra for stuff.

About Front Desk: Worst. Never responds back to you calls.

Excellent dentist. Great for sedative dentistry if you have fear issues. They are very expensive and do not finance except through carecredit.

I had a "Dentist phobia" from all my years in the Navy. I had an exam with Dr. Carlson. He did not push me to have any treatments. He patiently explained what I needed and how did I want to proceed and how would be the best way for me financially? I had extensive dental work done under sedation and have to say now that I"m definitly a believer in this type of dental work...especially for someone like me who needs a lot of dental work and doesn't want to waste a lot of time. Wonderful, courteous staff and wonderful office environment. Thanks finally for a positive dental experience.
