My first visit I asked the receptionist if they call the insured and make sure im coverd for xrays she said they will call and let me know before my appt if i have to paid for it. Weeks later i received a letter from the dentist charging me for the xrays because they were not covered by my insurance at this moment . Then i went back for some work and they tell me i have to paid $50 that was ok with me . After that i received another letter billing me for $50 more because the insurance paid only a 60 % and im responsable for 40 % . I think they should tell me about my deductible before my appts not after.
