I visited Dr. Ngoh's office after calling every endodontist in Augusta for a root canal. Few offices were closed for the holidays and others gave me a week or 2 weeks appointment (and having discomfort). I was eventually referred by a staff member to Dr. Ngoh after calling a pediatric dentist in error. I called Dr. Ngoh's office immediately explained my situation and was given immediate appointment to see him in--45mins. I had a consult and was back in 2dys. I did conscious sedation for the first time and i would definitely do it again, and recommend it to anyone who is a fit. It was such a pain free, fear free experience and was out the chair in no time.
Dr. Ngoh is very warm, caring and does his work with pride. I noticed he talks and smiles with all his patients which help to minimize fear and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Ngoh educated me on the results of my x-ray by pointing out the teeth that were infected, and reasons for the infection. His office is spotless and equipped with the latest technology. His staff treats patients professionally and also acts professionally. His service is prompt--no long wait in waiting area or the dentist chair, and I noticed all his chairs were occupied.
