The dentist over-billed the insurance on everything they can charge of. They disregard the contracted amount within the Cigna network, and they refused and lied in front of my face when I took out the pricing schedule from the insurance company. They also demand me pay all the money upfront, which is a BIG warning sign. Because I never got my deposit back even they had got their money from the insurance

Experience was beyond frustrating. Besides waiting an inordinate amount of time before she saw me, I sat in the exam room for over 3 hours before I was finally finished. In 2 hours, all that was completed was an x-ray and anesthesia. The dentist overbooks and bounces between patients while you wait. She also finds other problems and right away starts recommending other associates to handle procedures. before we even stepped out of the office, a dentist she recommended was already calling us for an appointment!!!
In addition, the receptionist (her mother) is beyond rude. From being short with customers, she lectured us for not using the dentist she recommended. We retorted back that we would go if her office paid for it because our insurance did not cover the dentists she tried pawning on us.
If you do decide to utilize her services, be prepared to WAIT. A 1pm appointment turns into a 2:30 appt before she focuses on you. You get the feeling she is more concerned about piling patients in and not focusing on each specific patient's needs. It appears the almighty dollar is more important to her. One other patient had a 1230pm appt while we were there. She had to leave because she was STILL sitting there at 1:30pm. Do NOT USE her.
