Dr Peters is a good dentist. To many new dental assistants all the time. Very expensive. The front Office staff is the worst. Each person should be able to do everything and not just one thing. Everyone should be able to do billing and not just one person in the office. This is the worst thing about this place and no one knows what there doing.

About Front Desk: the worst

Excellent dentist, but too many new training assistants. Always new ones. Dr. should approve or see temp crowns before patient leaves the office. Staff is very friendly. Problems occur often with computer records.

I love Dr. Peters! I've been seen by six or seven different dentists, and Dr. Peters has been the best, hands down. Her staff is always very nice, and I feel confident that the procedure will be performing right and with as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Peters has performed two root canals, four crowns, and five or six fillings on my teeth, so I've had a lot of experience. She may charge a little more than some other dentists, but I believe that her service justifies that.

Dr Peters put in a crown in Aug 2009 - it was extremely painful and the pain persisted - even now after over 18 months the tooth is sore and tender. The tooth is higher than the surrounding teeth and it hurts to bite down on it I went back to her several times over a the following year and a she always said to give it time to settle. It never did. I insisted (to her office) she repair it and stop charging my insurance company for the same job. The last three times I visited her office, she kept me waiting in the lobby and never did call me back. Now I'm trying to get her office to send my records to another dentist but they have not done so after two weeks and four reminders from me. I am going to have to repeat the X-rays now because there is no time left from now until my new dentist appointment. Do not visit Dr. Peters unless you enjoy pain and lousy service.

Dr Peters is a very good Dentist.. However, she has a horrible front office staff. The technical term is that they suck! These people couldn't schedule their way out of a paper bag. In the course of less than 1 year, they screwed up 5 appointments. Unfortunately, the doctor is not receptive to staff criticism. Unless you enjoy spinning your wheels, find a different dentist.
