I cant speak for the other reviews here, but my experience at Dr. Diez dentist office was enjoyable! I had deep cleaning performed on all four quads and one extraction. After carefully numbing my mouth, Dr. Diaz came in and extracted the tooth within minutes. He informed me of the care instructions of my mouth related to the extraction and I received a follow up call in the evening to check on how I was doing! The office staff is really nice and punctual. I finally found a dentist I feel comfortable in seeing for my dental care!
About Front Desk: Cant say enough good things about the staff. Very friendly
About Hygienist: Melanie-outstanding and caring. She took her time and was very through with cleaning the process.

I did not appreciate the bait & switch technique used in booking their appointments. I waited a month & a half for what I thought was with Dr. Diez and then I had his associate. I scheduled it for Dr. Diez. His associate Dr. Singh was in the middle of a surgery when he saw me and his bedside manner was passable at best. Did not take the time to get to know me as a patient or give me any reason to stay with him. He did not explain what procedures he thought were necessary but talked strictly in dental jargon. I would say I am a relatively educated as a medical student and I still felt in the dark. I want to know what is going on with my health - not a less than 5 minute look in mouth & then say the hygienist will explain the rest. Only reason I gave him 2 stars is the hygienist was good. She gets 5. Dr. Singh gets 1. Very dissatisfied. Will not be back.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!! DISHONEST PRACTICE. OUT FOR THE MONEY Charged us a disgusting amount for a deep cleaning and did not fully explain the out the pocket cost to us. Its saddening that there are practices like this out for the money and not to take care of their clients. BEWARE, do not go to this dentist.

This dentist talked into a 6 unit bridge when I only needed one tooth fixed which broke at the gum line. He told me I would have no problems and have problems ever since. He refused to have the dental lab make it over and would not stand behind his work. I would not trust this dentist to do any work .

I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 6 years and I knew I needed to get in immediately. Dr. Diez's office had a wonderful Groupon which I used to get my teeth cleaned and x-rays were completed. I knew over the past several years that my teeth had moved around and shifted. I came into the office and right away I felt very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Diez came in and explained my treatment plan very clearly (I am getting Invisalign in a week) and answered all my questions. I was able to work out a very reasonable payment plan and am actually looking forward to my future visits!! I have always been afraid of the dentist, but not anymore!!!

I have had numerous procedures done ranging from crowns, teeth pulled, and Laser peridontal surgery. I have always been very pleased with the results. Dr. Diez is very caring and sensitive to his patients needs. Chris, the office manager is always cheerful and welcoming. I have recommended him to many friends.

I have been to multiple dentists over the past ten years and never found one I liked very much. Finally I found one that I can trust with my teeth. His office is well run; the staff is very helpful and most importantly, he really has minimized the physical pain for me.
