Doctor Kirkwood has been my dentist since my previous dentist retired in 2006. She has always thoroughly discussed any issues and the options for each. Sometimes she will recommend aggressive measures, sometimes, she will suggest a wait and see recommendation. Whenever I have gone against her recommendation, my decisions have been respected. She is always willing to see me quickly for concerns at any time. She has been a great dentist.

Have used for few years for routine cleanings and exams. Always seems to be hidden cost not covered by insurance. They are EXTREMELY Persistent about pushing and selling their mouth guards for $249. If you say no they give you this horrible lecture. Insurance does not cover. They are the same thing you get at Walgreens for $5...only more custom fit.
About Front Desk: Nice enough. Always seemed put off by questioning fees. They were the last stand for the sales presentation and would really put the pressure on to buy the mouth guard and other services.
About Hygienist: They were good. Also on the "sales" team to push unnecessary products and services not covered by insurance.

HORRIBLE!!!!! This office was Terrible!!! I presented my insurance card, had a dental cleaning (no xrays taken) and then recieved a bill for $120!!! (this was for a cleaning only and I had No Problems with my teeth!) When I called to ask why, the office manager was very rude and said most of their patients are "out of network"... IN SO MANY WORDS SHE SUGGESTED EVERY PATIENT PAYS THIS MUCH... even if you have insurance! I asked why I wasn't told of the charges prior to my cleaning and the manager said that was not their responsibility to inform me OF THEIR CHARGES!!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Side note: Dr. Kirkwood was very pleasant person during my visit.
