Office staff did not know how to file with insurance, so while in the dental chair was told my insurance would not pay for his services so I paid my bill in full. upon a subsequent appointment to have expensive work done they never offered a payment plan, however they filed my dental insurance later and kept the money from my visit a year prior. He was a snobby, high minded dentist was so unprofessional and screamed at me was glad I never used him again. Trust me if anything goes wrong you will pay for it! I let them keep the money but glad I found this site, it has made it worth it, he knows who I am so

About Front Desk: the worst, first girl was gone on my next visit. second girl was able to file the insurance that they kept. never saw anyone in the waiting room should have been a clue!

About Hygienist: she was ok but not worth going to because of the really bad dentist

I had to remove a front tooth after an accident and I made a decision to have an implant placed with Dr Hepler. You would never know I ever lost a tooth. I decided to proceed with the cosmetic treatment plan, I had put off for some time. I received so many complements on my smile I wish I would have done my teeth a lot sooner. I am extremely and completely satisfied with my overall appearance. Thanks to the Atlanta Center for Dental Health my life has improved dramatically. I definitely recommend this place.

About Front Desk: The office manager was the greatest. She made sure my experience was everything it needed to be.

Very rough and heavy-handed in your mouth, with zero personality to make up for it--barely grunts hello when he comes into the room. He did a good job with my crown--but the whole experience definitely did not justify paying well above the "usual and customary" fee in this area (he does not participate in my insurance plan, Aetna PPO). I am currently looking for a new dentist.......

About Hygienist: Brooke, Dr. Hepler's hygienist, is the best part of the practice: thorough, gentle, knowlegeable, and a real sweetheart.

I looked him up in the phone book. Walked into his office with a toothache, He SAW me then and there! His staff are the most professional people I have ever seen. If I was afraid or if I didn't know the procedure, they would patiently explain the procedure. He was very kind when I asked him a lot of questions also. His equipment is state of the art. He and his staff are professionals who DO CARE about the health and well being of their patients. I had 3 root canals, 3 caps and the Invisalign treatment done by Dr. Heplar and his fantastic staff and I highly recommend them. Not only did they remind me of my appointment days, they also gave me an overall plan for my long term dental care. The Hygienist was superb. She always asks if there is any discomfort and she instinctively knows when I need to dispel the water. Also the payment plans they offer are fair and very affordable. They are not cheap. They are the BEST dental team in the state of Georgia. You get what you pay for!

He did a root canal on a tooth after which I continued to have pain and sinus problems for 10 months until I finally had to go to an endodontist for a retreatment. It cost me a lot of money, extreme distress and mental anguish. He is very expensive. He also put a crown on a tooth and had cemented it in (a front tooth) before I could look at it. The color was terrible and the size of the tooth was way too big. When I tried to talk to him about it, he started yelling at me and only after arguing with him for half an hour did he agree to re-do the crown. The practice manager at that time was his wife, and she was unpleasant to me on many occasions. I hated going back to him to have that crown re-done and he left me sitting in that chair for over 2 hrs. while I was under nitrous gas, in the middle of the procedure to take the impressions. Going to him was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Pretty Good, would have liked for him to talk to me more. I don't know what else to add so I'm filling space so I can see other reviews.

Did the wrong tooth can say no more. Poor treatment by staff, more like a used car salesroom than a dental facility.

I was in a little pain so Dr. Hepler numbed my mouth before applying my crown. After the numbness wore off, I was in no pain and my crown looks like a real tooth. Dr. Hepler filed and shaped it so it would fit in with the rest of my teeth. I am pleased with the end result. I would have liked Dr. Hepler to describe the procedure step-by-step to ease my nervousness. His hygenists are very pleasant and give patients receiving timely treatments a choice of movies to watch. The hygenists also remember me whenever I visit which makes it seem more personable. Front desk personnel could be a bit more friendly and knowlegeable of office practices, procedures and pricing.
