I wouldn't go back to Dr Crane under any circumstances, even if it was free. He seemed rushed, very pushy, and focused on making money. And it seemed like he was mean to the dental assistant as well. An obnoxious guy. The worst health care experience I've ever had.

About Front Desk: It's hard to say who was more obnoxious, Dr. Crane or the woman at the front desk.

AVOID! Dr Crane forced me to repeat an x-ray, even though my dentist sent him one from two days ago. Then Dr Crane informed me that he stopped doing surgeries 10 years ago (what???), and referred me to an oral surgeon across the street. I went to another endodontist instead, who tried to get my 2nd x-ray from Dr. Crane - his receptionist refused to email it and was mean on the phone as she realized I went to another doc and not the one they referred me to. My doc was very surprised, said that procedure I needed is "bread and butter" for endodontist, and nothing that would need an oral surgeon's skill level. My guess - Dr. Crane lives off referral fees from surg and from charging insurance for x-rays and consult

About Front Desk: His receptionist is very mean and hateful person with condescending and irritable attitude if you dare to ask any questions.

Dr. Crane is a nice guy, he got the job done, seemed like he was rushing through everything. He rushed his assistant threw the whole procedure and kept leaving the room to go upfront and talk to the receptionist. I was not satisfied with the service at all. I would not recommend this office, and definitely will not be coming back here.

About Front Desk: Front Desk Receptionist was so rude. She was not friendly at all, raised her voice at me , rolled her eyes, she was just all around rude. I don't understand how someone like that can work at a front desk. I definitely will not be coming back here just because of her!

There was a lot of pain! Speed was important to this guy rather than patient's comfort. Not at all friendly! Extremely arrogant with his questions and did not care to answer any of mine at all! After repeating several times he would utter one sentence. Avoid at all costs!

About Front Desk: This woman has to be the worst front desk staff ever. The other reviews were very very accurate in describing her poor behavior.

Would never recommend his services. Many other endodontists offer a more thorough follow up plan and use much more updated equipment. I only wish I had known this before treatment.

I think Dr. Crane is very professional and has great chair side manners. He is very sensitive to the needs of his patients, it was a pleasure being his patient. I was in for a retreat of a root canal and to my surprise it went off without any complications.

Dr. Crane is great ! He did my rooth canal and I didnt have any pain or problem. He is fast and knows what he is doing.Great job!
