I just got my first root canal, after never having dental work, not even a filling. I was very nervous and heard scary stories about this procedure. Although it was quite uncomfortable, there was no pain at all. No one could have calmed me completely, but Dr. Friedman did a great job. He has has a friendly, caring manner that relaxed me as much as possible under the circumstances. I was kept informed about what was going on (as much as I wanted to know, anyway) and he was happy to take time to answer my questions and encouraged me to call with any concerns. I don't know what the final outcome will be yet, but I am confident that I couldn't be in better hands. Recommended!

I saw Dr Firedman for a root canal that was un-successful (not his fault - tooth was too far cracked)but he sure tried his hardest to save it).
I really liked how he kept me informed as to what he was doing / seeing instead of just working away like i wasn't even there.
If i ever need another root canal (i sure hope not anytime soon), he's my dentist of choice!
(I don't know anything about cost, cause there's the whole insurance thingy at play)
