This was the first/only urgent weekend visit for swelling of the gum r/t a root canal with a chronic infection. I waited approximately 35 min to be seen prior to an Xray/examination. I had to pay an upfront fee of $256.00 for a Panorex and consultation even though I have 2 PPO dental insurance plans that are effective,(this office does not accept or file insurance); A costly full-mouth Panorex was done for a single tooth consultation. Dr Padolsky presented 15 min after the Xray, wearing a sock without shoes on one foot (the sock was exposed to the bare floor and dirty) the other foot was sock- covered and he wore a flip-flop. He said he has gout and couldn't wear a shoe on the affected foot. His scrub top was stained and dirty, I observed him coming from another patient, into my room, without washing his hands. He looked at the Panorex, and told me I needed a tooth extraction w/an implant.. The price for both was excessive based on prior experience.I was given 2 Rxs, told Publix would fill them as several pharmacies had refused to fill his Rx r/t of the paper He uses for prescriptions. Needless to say, I was grateful for the antibiotic and weekend availability, but made the decision NOT to return to this practice for treatment.

About Front Desk: Pleasant and friendly.

About Hygienist: I did not see a Hygienist. I am not sure who performed the Panorex, but he was pleasant and quick.. Also, he was the one who entered, printed and discussed the "treatment plan" with me along with giving me the prescriptions and instructions to have them filled at Publix instead of other local pharmacies.

Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this place. The wait time is horrible, the staff is very unprofessional and don't know the meaning of the word customer service. I would not let these techs work on my dog much less me ever again. They lose paperwork then say you never filled it out. This place is the absolute worse. If I could give no stars then I would for sure.

About Front Desk: The office staff have no understanding of the word customer service. They lose paperwork, the wait time is over an hour even when you are on time to your appointment. They put invalid charges on your account and give you the run around about taking the charges off.

I scheduled an emergency appointment over the weekend due to tooth pain. I was told by the office receptionist prior to coming to my appointment that Dr. P office excepts my insurance. Once there they wanted full payment up front. His facility equipment was out dated. Staff was poorly trained in cleanliness. I had to remind his male assistant to wipe down dirty equipment prior to my use. Not once did I see Dr. P wash his hands after seeing other patients. He would handle gloves without and his computer mouse without washing. Finally, he wanted to do a root canal which I declined. Later this week, my dentist indicated I did not need. Dr. P office is under staff, equipment is poorly maintained,

Dr. Padolsky did not promise that a biteguard would help my TMJ, which was good. TMJ is difficult to treat, so I don't fault him for the fact that my TMJ worsened. My major complaint is that Dr. Padolsky runs his dental office with little concern for the feelings of his patients, his commendable interns or his office workers with his arrogance and rudeness. I do not recommend that you visit his office.

I think Dr. Padolosky could be an alright dentist. I only got a tiny filling. The facilities are terrible all the equipment is broken or old looking. The floor is coming apart in areas. I don't recommend anyone go to this dentist.

Very disappointing. Facilities not clean, and relations among staff members are not professional (e.g., talk openly about patients, engage in arguments with one another, engage in disrespectful conversations with each other). Dr. P misled me to believe he would be doing the work, but in fact, I was scheduled with his associate. I found his associate's work unsatisfactory (and he kept hanging suction device on a dirty cupboard handle) ; I had to return for corrections/repeat visits. I am still not satisfied with the work. These doctors need to clean up their act.
