dr reagin loves to talk teeth, that is good
he will discuss plans and alternatives as long as you like
pain was minimal

he doesn't take insurance other than delta premiere which is $$$$
i don;t have insurance so i can;t address how the office assists with claims
his office is basic, functional, not fancy
he doesn;t have the newest equipment like digital x ray, but that's ok, it keeps fees down, and he;s been doing it the old way long enough to know how
he is conservative, doesn;t go in with drills blazing
likes to watch things and not be hasty
example:
i had a crown planned but he backed it off to a filling
reasoning was - the crown would have removed enough of the tooth that a root canal may have been required - just because of the crown
less expensive and radical alternative - just a big filling
if that doesn;t work we can go ahead with crown
if it does work, so much the better
the office does not overbook
i have not had to wait in 4 visits now
all dentists are $$$ but dr R is on the low end
office staff is good
dr R;s daughter in law is also a dentist there, but i have no experience with her

About Hygienist: frannie she was great did things no hygienist has ever done to my knowledge example - removing slight staining she said staining promotes plaque, and plaque promotes staining i never knew that she was pretty good at reading the x rays before the dentist came in too long experience very professional takes all kinds of time doing the work as well as answering questions actually said my gums are 'tight' and healthy though they are receding this is because i;m old :) other dentists started demanding gum transplants no way i believe frannie then dr reagin concurred nothing hurt but usually cleaning has never hurt so can;t say sure she is good with pain too, if you have any wle

The office is very nice, Dc Reagin is nice and fiendly, every treatment he did was a success, dental and customer services are just great ...Thank you dc Reagin
